RSS is one of the last holdouts of a more open web and it’s been gratifying to see that there’s enough interest in it to sustain some great independent services that care more about the product than eyeballs.
Many people decried that there was no business to be made in the RSS market and that it was a dying technology. Those people have no idea what they’re talking about. Ben has managed to create a sustainable business out of an RSS feed reader service for the cost of a cup of coffee per month to the user.
